Through the project A Better You, FBS volunteers run youth-facing well-being campaigns that normalise conversations about mental health and healthy routines on campuses across Bangladesh.

Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
How FBS contributes
The Quality Education project, run by Team HOPE, delivers free career sessions, workshops, and mentorship batches so students without access to paid coaching can still build job-ready skills.
Gender Equality

Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

SHE Leads Now drives gender equality and women's empowerment programming, building on the community's track record through Her Story with Oxfam, which supported 1,000 women entrepreneurs.
Decent Work & Economic Growth

Promoting sustained, inclusive economic growth and decent work for all.
How FBS contributes
FBS's Sustainable Development project channels career-readiness training into economic opportunity, including the Oporajita initiative that trained 600 garment workers in transferable, decent-work skills.
Climate Action
